Authors Ghassan Kanaan, Mustafa Yaseen, Riyad Al-Shalabi, Bashar Al-Sarayreh and Ashraf Bany Mustafa
Abstract Text classification is getting more attention and there is an increased need for text classification technique that provides automatic, fast, and accurate semi-supervised classification with the least human interaction with such systems. In our work we incorporated a well experimented technique for classification that makes use of the famous EM algorithm in training the classifier to be more effective on Arabic language.
Topics Exploitation of LRs in different types of applications (information extraction, information retrieval, speech dictation, translation, summarisation, web services, semantic web, etc.),
Exploitation of LRs in different types of interfaces (dialog systems, natural language and multimodal/multisensorial interactions, etc.),
LRs for linguistic research in human-machine communication
